- Remove dstat

Force iptables-nft to replace itpables.
Recent linux-seblu kernel dropped support for Xtables, so legacy iptables
are now broken.

- Add kernel extfat userland
- Remove glances

- bind-tools is removed, use dnsutils instead.

- Remove bridge-utils (deprecated by iproute2)
- Add nftables (will replaces iptables)

Add btrfs-progs

Add netcat and iperf3.
