List packages dependency of a binary.

2 plugins:
- Supervise packages (count, updatable, local, unused)
- Supervice pacfiles (pacsave, pacorig, pacnew)

Moved from a long scp tradition :/

This script list (and restart) updated (file speaking) services running on
the host.

reinstall all pkgs is a small scripts which offer a quick way to reinstall
all remote packages.

All the code related to repository management is moved to archrepo.

This is a transient repository to a final repman. w&s.
