build from aur unifi-controller with the following improvments:
- create user and group to NOT run controller stuff as root
- handle upgrades and remove compilation echo (which was not read by end user)
- java-runtime-headless instead of java-runtimes
- fix java path in service file
- unzip is not a makedepends
- avoid upper case in service and path (UniFi => unifi)
- avoid overwriting of source filename
- cleaning quoting and tabing

- change package named to linux-$kernelrelease
- remove nice stuff
- use git as source

New install script is bugged when removing the package. It delete the whole
/usr/lib/modules, so this update is required to avoid big issue!

Info file is removed because it's no more needed

- Use /usr/lib/docker for dockerinit
- Don't strip package (which broke everything)
- Add make-rprivate like in the upstream systemd service file

Take place and not needed on all servers
